Mark urges Eagles to triumph over France

Mark escapes death as gunmen attack his convoy

President of the Senate, Senator David Mark has again enjoined the Super Eagles of Nigeria to go all out to win the match against  France   on Monday.
Senator Mark in a goodwill message to the officials and players in Brazil ahead of the encounter said  history and even the odds Favours the Nigerian lads to triumph in the encounter.
He urged the players and officials to cultivate and sustain team spirit ‘because team work is the needed ingredients to excel in the competition. Nothing should be taken for granted ‘.
Senator Mark who led the Federal Government delegation to the opening ceremony in Brazil showered encomiums on the Super Eagles for their  successes and commitment to the course of national duty so far.
He reminded them that they are not just flying the Nigerian flag but that of the African continent, a pride he said should be defended with Honour and dignity in the competition.
Senator Mark was optimistic that the Eagles will fly high if they work together as a team with a common mission and purpose.
He assured that government will do  its part of bargain in terms of logistics and welfare for them at all times’
